Terms and Conditions
Sky Jump Inflatables
Effective Date: 04/14/2026
These Terms and Conditions govern all rentals and services provided by Sky Jump Inflatables in San Antonio, Texas and surrounding areas. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Rental Agreement
The person renting equipment (“Renter”) agrees to accept full responsibility for the care, supervision, and proper use of all rental equipment during the rental period.
2. Payments & Deposits
- A deposit is required to secure your booking
- Remaining balance is due before or at delivery
- Deposits are non-refundable unless canceled due to severe weather (see below)
- We accept cash, Zelle, or other approved payment methods
3. Cancellations & Weather Policy
- You may reschedule due to bad weather at no penalty
- Severe weather includes:
- High winds
- Heavy rain
- Lightning
- Sky Jump Inflatables reserves the right to cancel any rental if weather conditions are unsafe
- Deposits may be credited toward a future booking in these cases
4. Setup Requirements
The renter must ensure:
- Adequate space for setup
- Clear access to the setup area
- A working water hose (for water units)
- A standard electrical outlet within 50–100 feet
- Adult supervision at all times
If setup conditions are not suitable, we reserve the right to refuse setup without refund.
5. Safety Rules
- No shoes, food, drinks, or sharp objects inside inflatables
- No flips, rough play, or climbing on walls
- Do not exceed recommended capacity
- Do not use in winds over 15 mph
- Keep water levels controlled on water slides
Failure to follow safety rules may result in immediate termination of rental without refund.
6. Damage Responsibility
The renter is fully responsible for any damage caused by:
- Negligence
- Misuse
- Failure to follow safety rules
This includes (but is not limited to):
- Tears, burns, or punctures
- Excessive dirt, mud, or stains
- Missing parts or accessories
Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the renter.
7. Injury & Liability Waiver
Sky Jump Inflatables is not responsible for injuries that occur during use.
The renter assumes all risks associated with the use of rental equipment and agrees to hold Sky Jump Inflatables harmless from any claims, damages, or liability.
8. Equipment Ownership
All rental equipment remains the property of Sky Jump Inflatables at all times.
9. Rental Period & Pickup
- Equipment is rented for the agreed time period
- Late pickups or extended use may result in additional fees
- Do not turn off blowers or deflate units unless instructed
10. Cleaning & Condition
Equipment must be returned in the same condition it was delivered.
Excessive cleaning fees may apply if equipment is returned dirty.
11. Right to Refuse Service
Sky Jump Inflatables reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for safety or operational reasons.
12. Agreement
By completing a booking, the renter confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
13. Prohibited Items & Activities
To prevent damage to our equipment, the following items and activities are STRICTLY PROHIBITED inside or near all inflatables:
- ❌ Face paint, makeup, glitter, or confetti
- ❌ Silly string (causes permanent damage to vinyl)
- ❌ Food, drinks, candy, gum, or snacks
- ❌ Sharp objects (keys, jewelry, glasses, toys, sticks, etc.)
- ❌ Shoes of any kind
- ❌ Pets or animals
- ❌ Fireworks, sparklers, or open flames
- ❌ Water balloons or objects that can cause impact damage
- ❌ Dye, colored powder, or chalk
- ❌ Oils, lotions, sunscreen (can stain and damage vinyl)
Damage Fees & Responsibility
Any damage caused by the use of prohibited items will result in repair or replacement charges, including but not limited to:
- Permanent stains (face paint, food, drinks, dye, etc.)
- Burns or melting (fireworks, cigarettes, hot objects)
- Tears or punctures (sharp objects, rough use)
- Chemical damage (silly string, cleaning products, etc.)
The renter agrees to cover all costs associated with repairs, cleaning, or replacement if damage occurs.
Damage Fee Chart – Sky Jump Inflatables
The renter is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. The following fees may apply:
Cleaning Fees
- Minor cleaning (dirt, grass, light debris): $25–$50
- Excessive dirt, mud, or food residue: $75–$150
- Face paint, makeup, or dye stains: $100–$300
- Silly string residue (chemical damage): $250+
- Gum removal: $50–$100
Damage Fees
- Small tear or puncture (under 2 inches): $75–$150
- Medium tear (2–6 inches): $150–$300
- Large tear or seam damage: $300–$800
- Step/ladder damage: $150–$400
- Netting damage: $100–$250
Severe Damage / Replacement
- Major structural damage: $500+
- Water slide pool damage: $300–$700
- Blower damage (water, sand, misuse): $250–$600
- Full unit replacement (if destroyed or stolen): $1,500–$4,000+
Prohibited Item Violations
Use of the following will automatically result in cleaning/damage fees:
- Face paint, glitter, confetti
- Silly string
- Food, drinks, gum
- Sharp objects or shoes
- Fireworks or burns
Downtime Fee (Lost Rentals)
If equipment is damaged and cannot be rented:
- $100–$300 per day until repaired or replaced
Agreement
By renting from Sky Jump Inflatables, the renter agrees to these charges if damage occurs.
